P3 Goals proudly announces the availability of our own Health & Lifestyle Diary This diary will help you become more aware of what you are consuming and the result it may be having on your waistline. We know that dieting doesn't work. We know that life can seem dull without some of our favourite foods. This is not a diet. This is not about counting calories. There are no "good" or "bad" foods. You will not pass or fail this program. This diary is here to assist you to be more mindful about your own nutrition. You will record what you consume and reflect on the nutrients you encounter. You will be able to identify areas where you could improve for your own health, as well as some of the reasons why you eat those foods that have no nutritional value.
